As change and progress shape our journey, we now embrace this belief with a modern, scientific, practical, and applied approach: ‘we can achieve what we desire.’ I am Emmanuel (Khalifeh), and my journey began forty years ago when I first set foot in a pastry workshop in Iran. It was a labor of love, a love at first sight. I entered the world of sweets, and my confectionery journey continues to this day.”

With early starts and early finishes, you’ll be mixing, baking, piping and decorating your way to cake perfection!

Required Experience
The decorating shift runs from 6am until around 2pm, Sunday to Saturday. Please note that hours are flexible depending on volumes on any particular day. Some shifts will be less than 8 hours, and some will be more.
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic cake decorators with specific experience (whether commercially or from home baking) working with buttercream, cream cheese icing and chocolate ganache .If you'd like to help us create our beautiful cakes then you should be keen to work in a high paced environment with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail as core values..
